Summary
Digital dictation through the use of a phone line became an extension of the original cassette recorder system. This form of dictation requires the user to log in to the dictation system, identify the patient and begin dictating. Because the voice files are on the Lee Perfect Enterprise Express System, transcriptionists can immediately access the appropriate files, resulting in a faster turnaround time than cassettes.
